Harbin University of Technology is a national key university directly under the management of the former Central Committee (a vice ministerial university appointed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to remove the Secretary and President) and directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is a key university jointly built by the former Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education and Heilongjiang Province. It is one of several universities built under the “211 Project”, “985 Project”, “111 Plan” and “2011 Plan”.

Harbin Institute of Technology and Ji’nan Shuochao CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. cooperated in the joint research and development of electrical control systems for CNC 3D drills, CNC plate drills, CNC corner band sawing machines and other equipment, and successfully applied them to production practice.
