History of Shuochao CNC
Since its establishment in 2013 after more than 10 years of development and growth, Shuochao CNC has become an important manufacturer of drilling and milling machine tools for flanges, tube sheets, H-beams, angle steel,boiler drum in China.

2022
The Shuochao CNC drilling machine was used in the processing of the tube sheet with a diameter of 9 meters for the reactor of the 600000 ton unit, which was the largest ethylene project in the world at that time.

China’s first gantry moving CNC drilling and milling machine with a gantry span of 12 meters and double beam structure has been successfully developed and put into use.

High-speed CNC drilling and milling machine with a gantry span of more than 8 meters occupies the first place in China.

For large tube sheet deep-hole drilling, a double-head deep-hole drilling machine with a processing diameter of 8.5 meters has been successfully developed and delivered to users.

The first drilling solution for large round metal parts (currently boiler drum drilling machine(GT series) and boiler header tube drilling machine (JXZ series)), which is also the first large high-speed boiler header tube drilling machine in China.

The first gantry moving CNC drilling and milling machine with various machining methods such as drilling, milling, boring, tapping, interpolation milling, suitable for heavy milling of large workpiece (GZP series).

The first gantry moving CNC drilling machine （CJ series) for sheet metal has been successfully developed.

Nearly 90% of enterprises in China’s iron tower and steel structure industries choose to buy Shuochao’s machines, and the international market share in India, Iran, Pakistan, Myanmar, Vietnam and other countries has increased rapidly.

Shuochao obtained a national import and export license, and the CNC angle iron production lines were exported to India, Vietnam, and Russia.

The first modern factory for mass production is established and began to produce CNC angle iron production line/beam drilling line/CNC plate punching machine.
