③ Whether the key connecting the pinion and the shaft has clearance due to wear.
④ Whether the big gear shaft is seriously worn, whether the coupling between the synchronous belt pulley and the shaft is loose, and whether the tightness of the synchronous belt and the small belt pulley tension sleeve at the motor end are effectively connected.
⑤ Check whether the trolley swing arm and clamp rod of the angle steel line move, including the buffer cylinder.
