The boiler header tube drilling machine is mainly used for the processing of header tube drilling and welding basin hole in the boiler industry, instead of manual marking, which greatly improves the position accuracy and drilling efficiency of the hole, and realizes the drilling automation. The BT50 internal cooling rigid high-speed precision spindle is adopted, with good rigidity and high precision, which can meet the requirements of high-speed and heavy cutting. The spindle speed is 3000r/min, and the coolant through spindle function can improve the cutting efficiency, realize deep hole processing and protect the tool to reduce the use cost.
