★The CNC angle steel drilling production line is used for drilling and character printing on angle steel and is widely applied in the production of angle steel towers for power transmission and communication industries,it can also be used for angle steel components in the construction industry, railways, and bridge industry.
★The production line consists of a horizontal material platform, a flip-up loader, a feed channel, a CNC carriage, a typewriter, a drilling machine, and a sorting channel, equipped with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, cooling systems, electrical control systems, etc.
★The equipment is equipped with an independent hydraulic power system and an electrical CNC system, which are centrally controlled.
★The device has three CNC axes, which can achieve servo control in the distance and length directions of the two right angle edges of the angle steel. It has the characteristics of high accuracy and easy operation.
★The drilling power head of the equipment can choose a low-speed and economical power head with Morse taper holes, or a high-speed precision drilling power head with BT interface.
